Shipping of Design Lab Controller

Whats the average time it actually arrives after order? I’ve seen a lot of people say they got it within a week and I’m concerned, I’ve gotten no update, card has been charged, and customer service just hangs up on me when i ask what’s going on. I understand
there’s a delay and that it is being created but I have no idea when it’s arriving and I’m a little anxious I messed up somewhere in the order process.

Are you referring to Design Labs controllers or the standard controller?

Design Labs controllers are only shipped to certain regions.

Standard controller will be available in any region that the console is sold in.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. When it comes to the shipping of a Design Lab controller, it may take a bit longer than a standard controller shipment. This is due to the customized nature of each controller to the specifications

Because design lab controllers are custom made, they take 2-3 weeks to be shipped.

Unfortunately Design Lab controllers do not ship to Australia at this time. So it would not be possible to purchase one.
