Shipping lable not received

They will send an email with more information. If its a replacement then it will be to confirm address and so on. If they are going to repair it the email should have a shipping lable for you to send it . Then you will get a tracking number to see location
of shipment

Go to your Microsoft account and go to devices. Put your serial number there, then from that menu you can request a repair. After successful, you'll be emailed a shipping lable. Then you just drop your packat at a UPS store and your good to go.

Sign into your microsoft account, go to devices and register there using the serial number on the back. It will tell you if your warranty is still active and when it expires. Request a repair if your warranty is still active. After your done they will
email you a shipping lable. Good news is they bumped up the warranty from 90 days to a year. Print lable or the UPS has a computer in store to print the labke for a small fee, drop it off at a UPS store and you'll have it back within 14 days.

Sounds like you ordered on Nov 10th launch day from the Microsoft store. The 2 or 3 day was an error in the system. The actual ship date os Dec 23rd. They are holding onto our funds in our bank stuck on processing until it ships. Also, our order history
in our microsoft soft account will be labled pending until its ready to ship. Go to goggle and type in xbox customer support or microsoft customer support and call them directly. The whole go to xbox.com/help to request a call back is a joke. Every configuration
uou put in says they dont give phone support for thst issue. Call them directly, upon their request show them the screen shots. They have been giving people with proof their orders said the console would be received on 11/12 a $50 dollar xbox gift card. Get
your money for their mistake.
