    Shipping Label for Xbox Elite Warranty Service


    It has been a few days since I have submitted to have my Xbox Elite Series 2 for warranty service. I have not received a shipping label yet. When will I get one? I haven’t even got a confirmation email saying my request was submitted but I see it in the devices menu.

    Yep I checked spam and I checked the email I use for Microsoft. Just to be sure I checked all my emails and spam. The warranty orders page doesn’t have the link for shipping label either.

    That's odd, usually the shipping label can take up to 48 hours to arrive after you submit a repair request.

    May I know if you double checked the spam / junk folder?
    Or if you have more than one email address please check on each one to see if the label ended arriving in a different email

    Did you started the repair request using the devices page?
    If yes, right now if you check the controller... Are you able to see a repair request in process? Or not?

    Hey there mawiie420,

    Thank you for reaching out to the forums, unfortunately for Standard Xbox One controllers you will not receive a shipping label.

    A shipping label is only sent out when you set up a repair for:

    • Xbox One console within 1 year warranty
    • Xbox One Elite controller within 90 days warranty
    • Xbox One Design Labs controller within 120 days warranty.

    In this case you will have to pay for the shipping on your side through any shipping company that is available to you.

    Are you returning a purchase? if so, then yes. All you need to do is to include everything you received in its original packaging and attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure there are no other labels on the shipping box.

    The email confirmation for your service order request contains packing and shipping instructions. For illustrated packing instructions, see:

    How to pack for shipping

    After your device has been packed, print your shipping label, tape it to your package, and then follow the shipping instructions in the confirmation email.
