    Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller

    Yea I have. There is a link for a shipping label on my service request but when I click on it, it just takes me to a blank page.

    Ok, can you try to switch the view in your mobile browser to "desktop mode / request desktop site" ?

    I have it pulled up on my desktop too and gives me the same page Shipping label for controller :(

    Customer Service Issue

    Hello Lisa,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. With accessory repairs, they do not send a shipping label. They are self shipping. Only controllers that do get a shipping label are elite controllers and design lab controllers. Hope this answers your
    question.

    If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories
