Shipping Label Error

I’m trying to return my Elite Series 2 for a repair, and I need the shipping label. I click on the label to print it out and it says “image cant be read” in red letters. I tried it on multiple devices and I got a Microsoft agent to resend it twice, and it still didn’t work. I literally don’t know what to do at this point. I even tried adobe reader, idk if I should use a different app. I don’t know what the issue is but it just won’t work.

I see, sometimes the shipping label can take up to 48 hours to be generated and sent to your email address

I did and I even tried different pdf readers and I also uploaded it to my google drive to see if it would work and nothing worked

That's odd, did you try using A PC or a different device?

I did both and it didn’t work either way. I got on a chat with a Microsoft agent and he cancelled my order and supposedly made a new one to see if that did it but I still don’t see any email or order unfortunately.

Did you check if the PDF file has the .PDF at the end?

Or try using an online tool to convert the PDF to PNG or JPG to see if that makes the trick
