    Shipping Label and Service Request


    January last year, I requested for a service and repair from Microsoft Xbox. I tried to generate the shipping label numerous times and it wouldn't work. I am currently located in Germany so I requested 3 or 4 more times for them to send me a shipping label
    via mail. They had no problem doing so and I waited. They told me to wait a month or so just because I am overseas. I tried this for the next 4-6 months following the initial request. I went on a short deployment and didn't get back until the end of October
    and noticed that I actually received my shipping label and box. Now, at this time, my xbox is our of warranty and when I previously asked about whether or not my lack of warranty would be void or not, they told me no as I have been actively trying to ship
    it in in the past for a service and request option. I am wondering if I can ship it in now? I can't chat with a live agent or talk on the phone because that option is no more. Does anyone know or have any information about this issue and whether or not my
    warranty would be extended because of this mailing and shipping label issue? Please let me know ASAP! Thank you in advance.

    If you have the shipping label and service request you will need to pack your console (See this guide) making sure you do not send any
    of the accessories/controllers or cables with the console. After you have packaged the console along with the service request sheet either contact the shipping agent on the label and request the collect the console directly from yourself or use the website
    of the shipping agent to see if there is a local retailer who accepts parcels on behalf of them.

    Yea I have. There is a link for a shipping label on my service request but when I click on it, it just takes me to a blank page.

    Are you returning a purchase? if so, then yes. All you need to do is to include everything you received in its original packaging and attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure there are no other labels on the shipping box.

    After your device has been packed, print your shipping label, tape it to your package, and then follow the shipping instructions in the confirmation email.
