    Shipping issue


    Hi, after having my console get a system error and speaking to support it is ready to ship and get repaired. My only issue is they have allowed 1kg for shipping but the console weighs in at 3.5kgs. What are my options?

    Shipping label issue

    I printed out my shipping label for my Xbox repair but my address is wrong and I got told by postal worker to have it changed. I need a new label sent with my correct info. All the support staff is telling me is that they will get to me in a day and it's
    been 3 days with no shipping label. All I wanna do is get my Xbox fixed. They updated my address in the system but I can't send u my Xbox if the address isn't correct on label.

    All I'm asking is u resend shipping label to my email with the correct address

    I wouldn't worry.They never get the weight 100% right when sorting out a repair/shipping labels.

    Have they emailed you the shipping label? I had a similar issues but then I noticed the email with the heading Shipping Label Communication

    I’ve been sent an email from Microsoft with regards to sending my XBox to Frankfurt for repairs. The shipping value is $528. My Xbox is under warranty so I have to pay this?

    No. The shipping label is prepaid so you would just need to drop it off. The value is in case there's an issue during shipping and there needs to be a claim made.
