    Hi,

    I had an issue with my controller and had to send it to Microsoft via the provided ups label. The tracking says it is stuck in clearance and they are waiting for it from the sender. They have not got in touch with me and I have no idea how to reach Microsoft customer support:

    Any guidance is much appreciated

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see thise options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
