Shipping for Repair

I put in for a repair last week and finally got around to getting a box and tried to ship it today; Post office is closed. I was wondering if I can still use the same print out code or will I need to be issued a new one? II've tried talking to an agent but
that seems to not be working at the moment.

Are you not shipping via UPS ? That's the usual route, Microsoft email you with a link to UPS website where you can download the paperwork, box it up and then arrange a collection with UPS. I generally find that's the easiest way of doing it.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see thise options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
