Shipping details on Xbox Series X

Hi. thanks for the reply. I kind of thought that was the case but it would have been nice to hear that from Microsoft. The club of disappointment is growing with this console release and the whole pre-order process. This has been a complete mess with
crashing websites, bots, eBay scalpers charging $230,000 for a console. It all started with Walmart jumping the gun on PS5 pre-orders and it went down hill from there. If I would have known that I could have gotten one on Target and Walmart and could be
playing right now. Oh well, Merry Christmas to me!

Well seems we have an identical case. Assuming i wasnt going to be charge right away i place the order with Microsoft, it was either going to be my worse case scenario for myself or a Christmas present for my mom if i secured a day one. Working from the
assumption i wasnt going to be charged righrt away, because you know thats what they tell you, after i ordered from the Microsoft store on launch day i continued my hunt for a day one. I was on Target's site when they went live, had one in my cart, checked
out, card declined. I rinsed and repeated till all the inventory was gone. Then confused, checked my account and noticed Microsoft charged my account already but its not a charge, Its a hold. What Fing difference does it make? So ya, instead of me rambling
around here since this mess started i too could have been living on the cloud of bliss and ignorace enjoying my sweet little plastic box. Instead, Microsoft themselves who was supposed to be the source of joy and contentment, have become the source of my sorrow
and discontentment, go figure.

Dec 23rd should be the time you expect our console. Pending status is the norm and the technicality is your funds havent been taken out but they are "processing." Its just a misleading policy, to say "you wont be charge until it ships" only to place a
hold on your money in you bank for 6 weeks. Its like being confronted by an angry mob boss. And you plead, "please dont do anything!" Then he replies "im not" as you breathe a sigh of relief, a few moments latter you're getting your face rocked by one of his
minions. You cry, "i thought you said...." Then he interrupts you and says "well, you see, im technically not doing anything, he is" soooooo..... technicality this and technicality that. Welcome to the club of disappointment. Please have a seat and misery
will be with you shortly.
