    I was charged last night for the xbox series x that i ordered on the 10th of Nov. Microsoft said i wouldn’t be charged until item has been shipped. Was anyone else charged? Does anyone have an updated ship date?

    No idea so far, I have the same issue. If this is true then it will be an outrage! Why would they sell consoles for 40+ days after launch. Ridiculous and insulting that nobody has even released a statement! We need a statement!

    I have ran into this same exact issue. Bought yesterday and expected ship date of 12/23. Hopefully thia ia received before than. I bought mine for enjoyment, not the holidays.

    The only dates on the invoice are the date ordered and the release date. There is no mention at all about shipping or delivery dates.

    If they gave you a guaranteed ship date of 4 days from now, then they'll probably ship it with 1 or 2 day shipping. So it's not unusual for it to not have shipped yet.

    Most retailers ship, so you should have it on release date. But delivery might vary from place to place.
