Shipping costs

Discus and support Shipping costs in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have to sent a console from the Netherlands to the European Repair Centre in the Tjech Republic.     Shipping costs


    I have to sent a console from the Netherlands to the European Repair Centre in the Tjech Republic. A have recieved intructions by e-mail but no barcode or anything. Do I have to pay for the shippings costs myself? In that caseI can better buy a new console!?

    Most likely because of shipping costs. Shipping big boxes overseas isn't cheap!

    My best guess would be that they charge $99 for the following, shipping cost they incur for giving you the shipping label, costs of fixing your XBOX 360 console, labor in having a physical person look at your console and repair it, and then simply shipping
    it back to you.

    What is technically "Modding" an Xbox 360?

    Any unorthorised repair would be considered a 'mod' if it's found out. These repairs are in violation of the Xbox ToS. As for where the repair's are done, it doesn't matter. If your console is in warranty it will be repaired for free, they even cover
    the shipping costs. If it is out of warranty, the price you pay also covers the shipping costs. The shipping cost is not dependant on your location. I'm fom the UK and our machines are sent to Germany!

    I started a request for repair. I had to pay $10 for expedited shipping. Will this cover the cost of shipping to Microsoft? Will they be sending me a shipping box with prepaid shipping label?
