Shipping console with disc inside

Can I ship my xbox one in for repair with a disc still inside? The reason I'm requesting repair is because the disc will not eject no matter what I have tried (manually, clicking eject, hard reboot, etc.).

Game left in Console?

I have my Xbox 360 console turned off and left my game disc inside onn the disc tray. it's inside the console but turned off, is it ok to leave the game inside the console with the console turned off?

All saved games lost after warranty repair.

Where does it say to remove the hard drive from their site? What if the hard drive is the problem? But what I would do is make a back up of my saves on the cloud or something.

Yes. You will just want to let support know that there is a game disc stuck inside so that they are aware. They generally will ship the game disc back to you separate from the console

Hello KTA,

Try selecting no power. When you put the console for shipping can write a little note as to what the issue is. Make sure when you ship only ship the console. No cords, controllers, games inside.
