    Shipped series x to service center with wires and controller, got a different xbox back...


    I shipped my xbox in because it would not start up. I repacked everything that came with it and handed printed label and box to guy at ups. It shipped to service center. Where they then reported that it had no problems. Ok no problem there. Shipped back
    to me. Its a different xbox, different serial numbers, and they did not send my controller and wires back.

    On top of that, they did not call me back. And I cannot get a hold of anyone. Can someone help me??? I just want to play my xbox.

    How the hell is that information not on the email that tells you what to do! This is ridiculous. My controller and wires made it to your service center. I just checked with ups. Just send them back. Your misleading email us the reason. I just want what
    I've paid for back.

    When you're setting up the order to send in for repair there's a warning when you get to the shipping section.

    You'll have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or
    chat with support, change your category/topic.

    Instructions for sending consoles in for repair state to only send the console itself as nothing else is guaranteed to come back.
