    Does anyone know how long it takes to get a shipment from Xbox after you’ve sent it in to be replaced?

    Mine was apparently ready to be shipped Wednesday morning and nothing has changed on the delivery progress

    Hi Ant

    You will receive an email once the item has been shipped back and if none yet, you may need to wait for them to do so. The average time of service is 14 to 21 days, which also includes the delivery time.

    I do wish it said a day it’d be shipped. Since it’s waiting around somewhere ready to go apparently, hope it’s at least an end of the week shipping thing

    Usually, when you open a support ticket for a repair, they send you an email with a label that you need to print and take to the UPS center for shipping.
