Sherlock holmes crimes and punishments

This is getting totally overlooked, despite being released tomorrow, seems to be in forza and mordors shadow

I played the other Sherlock games on the 360 and while they were very dodgy in places and deffo no AAA titles I still found them enjoyable and different.

Anyone else actually looking to pick this up? from what ive seen again it looks more like a b movie type of game but I am hoping it turns out ok

Was going to get either this or Forza Horizon 2 tomorrow (well, now it's technically today), was just waiting on reviews for this one. None of the big gaming sites (IGN, Gamespot, GameInformer, etc.) have posted a review yet, but the sites that have have
been all positive, so it looks like Forza will have to wait until Christmas time most likely. (By the time I'm done with this, Assassin's Creed Unity should be just around the corner).

Maybe next time 'round the developers can team with the producers of the 'Sherlock' TV series or the Downey Jr. movies and they'll get a little more press for their game (and I wouldn't mind a tie-in since I enjoy both the movies and the 'Sherlock' series...
heard 'Elementary' was good, too, but I've never seen it.)

I'll be picking it up. The first game on the 360 was pretty crap. The second one was a bit better. This one, they actually looked like they took some time on it. I don't know if I'll buy it today, because I have a nice backlog going on, but soon I'll
definitely buy it.

 

I have a huge backlog that keeps on getting bigger. I am very interested in this game. More than likely pick it up and put it on the bottom.

 

Perhaps in the near future I will look into getting this. To much backlog

 

this was on my radar a few months ago, but i'm backlogged as well, and i already paid off my pre-orders for Alien and Evil Within, which i realized yesterday that both come out over the next 2 weeks.

 

I prefer Sherlock Holmes portrayed as a complete idiot in 'Without A Clue'. I thought that film was funny.

Holmes: How can I be expected to maintain the character when you belittle me in front of those hooligans?

Watson: Character? Are we talking about the same man who once declared with total conviction that the late Colonel Howard had been bludgeoned to death with a blunt *excrement*?

Holmes: Is it my fault you have such poor handwriting?

 

I enjoy the Holmes games, particularly since murder mysteries and forensics are my wife's favorite genres. Unfortunately, like many others here, my backlog is reaching embarrassing proportions...

 

After seeing a few decent reviews I decided to take the plunge so I will be playing this and mordor on Friday
