Shed some light on this

Ok right so I get banned from multiplayer because of harassment and abuse, but two days earlier I got banned from communications how does that even work I can't talk to anybody or msg anyone how does this even line up

Getting notifications about people not on my friend's list

Is there anyone who can shed some light on this?

 

Investigations take time. So both suspensions could be for separate events that took place weeks or months ago.

 

There were no EVENTS weeks or months ago I know the exact day that I got reported by a whole bunch of kids that were salty This system is so bs omg I get reported 5 times oh too bad banned.Oh the kid talks more trash to me than I do to him Oh good for him
banned. Microsoft fix you're broken ass system please

 

You don't know what reports lead to you being suspended as you are not told this.

Anyone abusing the reporting system risks enforcement action themselves.

You will never get suspended due to a false report.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums you would need to file for a case review on the enforcement site if eligible here
