    Yesterday I was able to play multiplayer games. Today it is telling me that my NAT information is unavailable. I appear to be online, but all my multiplayer games are reading me offline. Xbox suggested that I switch from Ipv4 to Ipv6. My ISP does not support
    ipv6, in fact no ISP in my area supports ipv6 and I live in a big city. Anyone have any solutions? I feel like an addict that's being forced to quit cold turkey.

    I'm in Ontario and I'm using Shaw, I personally love Shaws' service. I've been using a 25mbps Download and 15mpbs Upload, I have never had a problem with Shaw, but then again I live in a small town where Shaw isn't a strict as the cities are.

    If your ISP is SHAW, there is a known problem that is with shaw and not with XBL. Call your ISP for details. If you're not Shaw, please tell us who your ISP is and we can go from there. Try to power cycle your modem as well.

    Which Canadian cable/satellite providers will be supported by the XBOX One guide?

    If they are trying to go for maximum, optimum service, Shaw would be one of the first.

    95% or even more of cable service in my area of the country is through Shaw.

    For shaw Internet customers

    This works...I didn't have any issues when using the google dns so this confirms it is a dns server issue with shaw.

    The problem though is that marketplace downloads while on google dns are WAY slower than when on Shaw's. I was able to connect with shaw this afternoon so I did several tests back and forth with a video file off the marketplace and the speed difference
    was huge. Is there any eta on a fix for this issue so Shaw's dns will work reliably with xbox live again?
