Shark card purchased in Microsoft store not showing in account

If this disc worked on your Xbox One, you must be playing the Xbox One version of GTA. Based on the link you sent me, it seems you accidentally purchased a Shark Card for the Series X|S version of this game.

• In this case, I'm afraid my best advice would be to request a refund for your purchase, and then buy the right version of this Shark Card. To do so:

- Go to http://www.xbox.com/refunds

- Sign in to the Microsoft Account you used for this purchase.

- Select the game from the list of refundable items.

So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help
