    hi,

    i am sorry to bother you but i have annoying problem. Since i bought console in january i am unable to share screenshots and clips. I have gold membership and i can save screenshots and clips but i can not share them. Console is connect to internet of course
    and i have all updates but since january, there is no change. Everytime i try to share saved screenshot i get

    "try again later. Sorry we are unable to share this at the moment. It may be taking longer than usual to upload, or there may be a temporary problem with service."

    It is the same for every gáe i played and took a clip or screenshot. Everytime i get this message.

    I am from czech republic and my OS version is 6.2.12998.0 (xb_rel_1506.150601-2200) fre

    Thank you for help. I am already frustrated by this issue.

    Game Sharing Trouble

    Hi,

    I'm having trouble getting game sharing working between my Xbox One and my friend's Xbox One S.

    We had it working for quite a while, then, it just appeared to stop. He can still play my games on his Xbox, but, when I try and play his on mine, I receive error:

    'The person who bought this needs to sign in

    Sign in with the profile used for purchase, or buy a copy from the Microsoft store. (0x803f9006)'

    We are both 100% sure we are signed in to each others Xbox and we've made each others our 'home xbox'. We even resorted to removing each other's account and reapplying this, however, I still receive the same error message.

    Is anyone able to help?

    1. Go to settings 2. On left side go to privacy and online safety 3. Go to custom 4. Go over until you see share game clips and screenshots and switch to allow.

    Thank you but i've already done this a few months ago. Actuallly, just because i was looking at location today i changed it to usa instead of czech republic and now it's working Sharing trouble :D i don't know why but at least i can share pictures now Sharing trouble :)

    Hi i have the same problem two.When i change the location from greece to another country the problem is disapeared.But when i choose again my location on my console the problem with the share is appear again.

    Thank you but i've already done this a few months ago. Actuallly, just because i was looking at location today i changed it to usa instead of czech republic and now it's working :D i don't know why but at least i can share pictures now :)

    Try these steps, please:

    ​​

    Remove Account:

    1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​

    4. Close. ​​​

    ​​​

    Power Reset:

    1. If you have an external HD, please unplug it and let it unplugged for testing purposes.

    ​​​2. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    3. Unplug all the cables (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 5 minutes.

    4. After 5 minutes, plug all the cables in again (except for the external HD) and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console.

    ​​​

    Add Account:

    ​​​1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console:

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note: the "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to the account again.

    See if your games are playable again and let me know, please.
