sharing through 3 xboxes

I dont know where to write this, and I dont know how to email support, but I wanted to leave a recommendation. I have 2 xbox ones in my home. I am a single mother to 2 boys under the age of 7, who loves the games as much as I do. I pay for xbox live, ea
access and game pass so I can share with them. They were fist fighting everyday, so that's when I decided to save up, and buy a 3rd xbox so that both boys had their own in their rooms and the fighting would stop. And I am able to either 1..play with them...or
2...be on my xbox watching netflix, or playing music in my living room. HERE IS MY DILEMMA!! I can only make my home xbox share with 1 other gamertag! So therefore... for 1 child I have to buy EVERY game TWICE OR I have to get two subscriptions each month
in order for everyone to have their xbox go online and play with Each other. This is a huge fault on the makers of xbox. The times are changing and its plain ridiculous that after just saving up and buying a 3rd xbox, to find out it was really a waste of money.
My recommendation would be that for a "family share plan" OR allow 1 other home xbox share! It's so [Mod removed- inappropriate] expensive already! I feel defeated, as I have always supported everything xbox has done, and now I feel like I
have to fork out ridiculous ammounts of money for my just turned 5 year old to play xbox with his brother in the next room who is 7 and his cousin across town who's 9. I get it's a company out there to make money... but there has to be something to resolve
this issue. If this isnt the place to post...sorry, like I said I had such a run around POSTING ANYTHING ANYWHERE. Forgot to mention when I called support my suggestion was to do what I said... buy another subscription (which i can barely afford now being
a single mother) or... buy double the games. Which is the most idiotic thing I have heard. I'll definately be posted on social media and calling in weekly to see what else can be done, and following up with competitors to see what they have to offer. Thank

Sorry about the confusion.

I split your post from the thread it was on as this is a completely different issue and this way we can make sure your post gets the attention it requires.

Now, just to clear up some info on the Home console sharing feature, one gamertag can share with a console and when that console has been designated as that profiles home machine, any other account will be able to share that gamertag's digital games and
Gold subscription. Every gamertag gets 5 switches a year but if you want one more you can always try Xbox Assist. For more information on this feature, check out our page at

It's already been like this for a year, but Xbox does care and strives to make improvements to our services when it can so they made a page where they take in customer input for new updates to them at
Xbox Ideas. When you get a chance, post there and see if you can get some backing from other community members and hopefully corporate will consider the changes you are proposing.

In the end it's a case of avoiding a situation where I as user A can then put my profile on countless consoles to share the benefits of my subscription, there has to be a limit to avoid a complete failure in the system. If that limit was not there it'd
be ridiculously easy for less morally centred people to abuse the system, which would not only be detrimental to Xbox but also to publishers and developers who'd lose massive amounts of revenue.

Even for us (family of 4, 3 of which are regular xbox users) we have two consoles which is fine as I game share onto the other xbox and buy all digital items through the primary account, but the two kids keep arguing over who gets to play when and my partner
and me arent good at sharing either, it would definately be an incentive for us if there was a family share system in place. Project Xcloud makes it slightly easier. Or if you could stream one game through a phone or laptop in the background while playing
another straight through the series x that would be useful too
