Sharing screenshots sometimes doesn't work, seemingly at random

In a sense yes, its really random sometimes with virgin superhubs, first of all they use several netgear routers and sometimes portforwarding works, sometimes it doesn't.

I've deleted every thing before, and took a few clips and screenshots, about 10 each.. Gave it 48 hours to make sure they uploaded to Xbox and worked... To no avail that doesn't even work. Sometimes they can view certain clips I send but they have to keep
trying to pull the message up to get into the shared clip... Other times nothing helps

Found this question after some searching...this is identical to the problem I'm seeing. Since around December we've been getting completely random disconnects. Sometimes dashboard, sometimes while playing a game, sometimes while watching Hulu or Netflix.
It's seemingly random and the intervals vary. Some days it's every 5 minutes other days it's every couple of hours. No other devices in our house have this type of issue (we have 3 computers and various other consoles).

I've had mixed results with YouTube on 360, it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, not sure about the details of why, but it's just random, so I've resorted to using my One for YouTube.

Ok, sorry my bad I miss the part of the Chromebook, if the authenticator app says it doesn't exist could be that you are writing the account wrong, sometimes we miss some letters for example or you are not using the Microsoft authenticator app that is the one that will work for that

Could you share a screenshot of the message you have on Minecraft? Probably you are missing the option to use a different authentication method
