Sharing problems due to different system updates. Now we're locked.

Hi, i'm having a problem with my buddy. We used to have ours xbox homes in sharing until i bought Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. For some reason this item won't appear in the download list of my sharing buddy. Controlling the updates we found that
we both received the message for latest update (we both are tester) on 25th of june but only i received the update. So we thought that something went wrong with the sharing, maybe a bug, so we deleted our accounts from ours xbox and tried to do the sharing
from the begin. He definitely did it (his profile is DeckardWovers) while i'm blocked with the One telling me that i can't set this xbox as my xbox home because of the limit of the three tries. But we didn't know about this limit! So now we are blocked and
it hurts because we have bought more than hundred games and we can use only a part of them! Can you guys help us? I also work all the day out so i can't contact you by the phone...we are from Italy and my gamertag is .

Salute to the Mods for not locking this and letting game players settle their differences ! Now do a system restore , disconnect and reconnect all wires and accessories ..See if that doesnt resolve your issues , but please do a system update before you insert any game.. share your result..hope my advice helps!

Cant connect to Xbox Live after new update.

Due to the new update I am unable to connect to Xbox Live. I am using a 3G dongle and am sharing the connection using my laptop and an ethernet cable. I havent had any problems up until now. Any help would be much appreciated.

i forgot to say that even if reach the limit (even if i don't know why because we did it only once) my friend anyway succeded in setting his xbox home with my profile (indeed his now playing with my games in his console) while i cannot set his profile with
my xbox home. It's really weird.

Indeed, the windowsapps folder are "locked" from edit or any changes on it. But, that's for now only.

But soon this won't be happening anymore, as the games will be able to be installed in any folder due to an update that Microsoft is about to release for the Xbox app and Microsoft store, this will solve most of the problems that customers are having, including this bug.

Seems they have sorted out the import problem now, I've now got the option to download the tables for free that we're locked out before.

Hi I searched for the solution to your problem with the first error code and got the 'perform a update offline' page on Xbox Support let's try that.

First you will want to download the update onto a flashdrive

Step 1: Download the Offline System Update file (OSU1)

To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

Most USB flash drives come formatted as FAT32 and will have to be reformatted to NTFS. Note that formatting a USB flash drive for this procedure will erase all files on it. Back up or transfer any files on your flash drive before
you format the drive. For information about how to format a USB flash drive to NTFS using a PC, see

To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
Open the Offline System Update file
OSU1.
Click Save to save the console update .zip file to your computer.
Unzip the file by right-clicking on the file and selecting
Extract all from the pop-up menu.
Copy the $SystemUpdate file from the .zip file to your flash drive.

Note The files should be copied to the root directory, and there shouldn't be any other files on the flash drive.
Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
