Sharing Gold and Game Pass.

So I've been playing online and playing games from Game Pass for a time now and I'm really enjoying it. Recently my younger sibling got their own Xbox Series S. I want to share my benefits of Gold and Game Pass so I put my account on their Xbox Series S.
They were able to download Game Pass games and use Gold, but the problem is while they play their games, on their Series S, on their account, I have to be signed into my account as well on the Series S in order for them to play their game, which then meant
I cant play on my own Xbox unless I sign myself out of their Xbox Series S which then would prohibit them from playing their games.

Is their anyway where they can play games from game pass and use gold the same time as me?
