Sharing Gears of War 4 between my Xbox One and my PC using different accounts?

In order for you to play Gears of War 4 on your console and your brother to play on his PC, you have to download the digital copy of GOW4 under HIS gamertag on your Xbox One. The game on the PC is tied to the Xbox gamertag, so it'll need to be under his
gamertag for him to play on his PC.

On the Xbox One, you can sign onto your account and play from there because the game is registered under that Xbox. And even if the game was downloaded on the Xbox under your brother's gamertag, you can still play all digital download contents on the same
console. Just make sure your brother makes his gamertag on your console his "Home" console.

You can set a gamertag as "Home" under Settings > All Settings > Personalization > Select "My Home Xbox"

In order to Play FH3 on PC you need to be logged into the Account that bought the game.

So loading it onto your brothers PC and let him play it with his Account isnt possible.

The game also can be played on Console or PC but not on both devices at the same time using the same account though.

He would need his own copy of FH3 to Play with you on his Account.

Happy to see that there was one of the events from Gears Of War 4 that was brought back into a slightly different adaptation in the new title, that being said i'm excited to play and share the mode with my friends, very fun and would recommend playing
that with friends.

Cross-play between an Xbox One and Windows 10 PC is possible, but not all games are capable of this feature. You also cannot cross-play using the same account on two different devices, but it could be possible with you using your account on PC and a friend
using their own account on your Xbox. The cross play games are labeled as Xbox Play Anywhere games and most of them are included in the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, like Gears of War 5 for example.

If your account has your Xbox set as your Home Xbox, then it will share your games and subscriptions with other accounts, like a friends, on the same Xbox.

Purchasing Gears of War 4 on Windows 10 PC will automatically unlock the Xbox One version as long as you use the same Microsoft Account that the game was purchased on Windows 10 with. Purchasing any Xbox Play Anywhere game requires no further action to play
it on both platforms.

You can find Gears of War 4 in your 'Ready to install' list on Xbox One. Hope this helps!
