Sharing games with family

"Family Sharing as it is" is unfortunately none existent, Family Sharing is a different service to what use to be the Family Gold plan and both are none existent at this stage, i do like that the 1 Gold plan covers an XB1 in its entirety for every profile
on that console,

me personally i would prefer the Family Sharing plan over the old Family Gold plan if it ever come down to choosing one or the other.

Game sharing on the Windows 10 system (digital downloads only through the Windows 10 app store) works like this.

You can have up to 10 devices being used.

All the accounts you want are to be attached to your FAMILY, so an adult needs to add the accounts into it.

Now all you need to do is add each account you want to have access to each device.

Now they will be able to share there purchases across that device, as long as the account that has been ADDED to that device ( basically at least signed in once). You may also need to download the game/app
on that account. Once that is done you can swap to the other account (thats in the FAMILY) and then when you go to the App store in the other Family account you should be able to go to the product, and see it as INSTALL, not purchase.

Side note, you will not be able to be signed into 2 devices at the same time for sharing a game.

I have the same question. How do you set up your console as your home console?

Let's say the Xbox One in the living room is Xbox A, and the one in your brother's room is Xbox B. If you set your account's Home Xbox as Xbox A, all users in the home will be able to access content on that console. On Xbox B, your brother would only have
access to content he owns, or to content you own as long as you're signed into Xbox B. If you sign into any other Xbox One console (including Xbox A), that disappears.
