Sharing games with another account not working.

Hello, I have been having an issue with the whole " my home xbox " thing that allows me to make my games appear on another console. My sister bought a xbox one S and i want to share my games with her since she only got 2 games... But according to xbox i
have already used up my 3 chances to use that feature. Problem is that i have not used this year. I used it up last year but not this year... what am i supposed to do?

Game Sharing not working properly

I've recently started game sharing with another friend and we both have everything set correctly. I signed into their account and set their account as "My Home Xbox" on my Xbox and they did the same with my account on their Xbox. They're able to see and
download all my games but I am not able to see the new or old games they bought. All games were digital purchases. I've already tried removing and adding the account back but it's still not working. Is there a way to get this working correctly?

 

Brother Passed Away

If you did not want to lose access to your brothers games on his account you will need to continue game sharing with that account. There is no way to transfer digital game license from one account to another.
