Sharing download content xbox game pass for pc

Hopefully I'm asking this in the right section.

I have just downloaded and subscribed to the xbox games pass on pc and have downloaded a couple of games. Our family has 4 different accounts on the pc (2 adults and 2 teens) and I'd like to know how to provide access to anyone with an account on the device
to be able to play a downloaded game so I don't have to download the same 40gb game 4 times for each profile.

Can anyone help with this? I've tried researching family settings but can't navigate through the internet on this.

Games and downloadable content from the Microsoft Store

Games from a Game Pass subscription

Account-specific items can’t always be shared. Some examples are:

Game-specific content like Minecraft Skin Mashups

In-game currency such as Minecraft Coins

Certain pre-order bonuses and special edition content that can only be redeemed once

[Farscape]

1. make sure all the kids accounts are listed in the family section of your account.

2. sign into one of their accounts on the pc.

3. open the store/gamepass and select the account at the top, sign out and sign with your account.

4. select the game and download, it will look like it is downloading and with suddenly install and appear in the menu.

5. log out of the store and sign back in with their name.

6. Log off the pc and log back in, rinse and repeat for each account.

7. All enjoy the game.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in learning how to share content and subscriptions to the rest of the accounts on your computer. The ability to share an account's subscriptions and content is only available
on an Xbox One. It is
the home Xbox feature. At the moment, there is not a similar feature available on Windows 10 computers. You can have the game installed on your computer, but another account will not be able to launch it unless it owns the game or subscription required
to play the game. We have a Reddit page where
customers can submit ideas to improve our features. We recommend posting on the Reddit page. We hope this information helps Gdot69!

Game Pass can't be shared on PC at the momemt, but the games downloaded on the Home Xbox can be shared if they are a Game Pass title. Here is some more information from a previous forum thread that might help.
