Why? That way developers would lose more money because less people would buy games.

The home share feature is only meant to be used for consoles in the same household.

Unless you're sharing with other people, you may want to set your Series S as your Home since it will be used offline more often.

I wouldn't be sharing it with anyone. Would that cause issues with my other console? In terms of accessing my digital titles, gamepass, etc?

the more people, like me, that will strictly use the digital aspect of the XB1, the more MS will cater towards that form.. I wouldnt be surprised to see some AAA titles come out on digital only in a couple of years

What doesn't make sense to me is why game publishers, etc. don't offer digital purchases at a cheaper price, say even $5 less on a new game. If they want to go digital to eliminate 5 people playing a game that is purchased only once, encourage people with
cheaper digital purchases and start a trend towards digital. I would think that the $5 less they would get on a game purchase would be more than offset by less people being able to play a game via a single disc-based purchase.

Also, If their Family Share was as good as they said it would be, and it would have been a system seller, Why did they not do it on Digital Download games only. That way, Microsoft make more money, and there is no chance of a game being passed from hand
to hand. So no need for check-ins.

I am positive that people would go Digital Download if they knew they could share their purchase with 9 other people. I am sure that would be a system seller, and a major growth to Microsofts digital market.
