    Frankly what you're asking would constitute Marketplace theft and fraud. Both of these things would get both consoles banned for life.

    If you both want the DLC you will both have to pay for it.

    Both of you must follow the procedure at
    http://www.xbox.com/drm     you may also need to set the content to download again but since it is already on your hard drive all that will be downloaded are the new licenses.
