No. Sharing accounts is not allowed. Microsoft can't take action on things done on other sites though. You can try reporting the auctions to ebay, but the only way to report them to Microsoft would be if you know the gamertag of the people who are selling
them and reporting them via the console.

Game sharing can get you banned. Even worse if you're trying to game share with strangers from eBay you're subject to that person changing your password and getting locked out of your own account.

Well this is a bit outside of xbox as they would need to know the account of the game but i would have to say it’s ebay who has to sort it out as they are really only ones who can stop the buying. And seeing how so many accounts are the same it seems it’s
a scam.

thing is they wont get far, they can only share with one other person, unless they have loads of accounts for sale, either way it is fraud. the only thing you can do is report to ebay, and possibly drop an email to microsoft but that may not get anywhere.

it happens all over the place, there is only so much ebay can do, if they vetted every single posting ebay would not exist.
