ok thanks very much for the info, I think when they logged my daughter in just for the xbox live, because she won't play the games they like, it gave the games to her and then my youngest lost them, but we cant' get it back until Feb next year, which is
a bummer.

I know about the 5 switches they don't know how they would have used them all, maybe each they buy a game? But now he has none and that doesn't seem right, that he lost everything.

One support has no controll ovee the switches

You can however use the help tool on your console to ask for another 5 once a year additionally

He hasn't lost anything he can download and play any game in his collection as long as he is logged into that console as he does it. The other brother (the one that doesn't own it as it can only be owned by one person/account) can play it on the console
that his other brother has made as his "home" console. But your home console can only be changed 5 times in a one year period as previously stated. And it can only really be shared in this fashion by 2 family members. Because there are more perhaps they may
have been switching to allow more to use it. But the limit is 5 to prevent misuse.
