Shared XBL on XBONE but not 360?

So Ii used to be part of a family plan for XBL until the XBONE came out and you only needed 1 person to have it and the rest got all of the benefits for free. But now when I go back to the 360 to play I can't play online because I don't have XBL...is this
by design? And if it is then that kinda sucks.

Mass Effect 2 & 3 on XBone?

When I check the XBL store on my XBone for either ME2 or 3 the store page says that the game is unavailable.
If I purchase either or both games from the XBL store on my 360, will I be able to access and download a backwards compatible version of either or both games on my XBone?

The list of currently available backwards compatible games for the XBone, found in the link below, lists both ME2 and 3 despite the XBL store not allowing me to download them. Is this an error on the XBL store or am I expected to own them digitally? I already
have ME1 on my XBone but did not need to own it digitally.

Yes, that is by design. Gold sharing is only available on the One. You need your own subscription if you want to play on Live on the 360.

Yep, because signing up for notifications for when constant issues that didn't plague the Xbox 360 is the same thing as the Xbone not having constant issues hat didn't plague the Xbox 360.

In the 2 years the Xbone has been released it and XBL have had more issues than the Xbox 360 had in its entire 8 years prior to the Xbone's release. Can MS just re-hire all the people responsible for the Xbox 360 and XBL at the time of 2005, and fire anyone
that was hired in the last 5 years that has been responsible for the Xbone and the state of XBL since? It's painfully clear nobody knew what they were doing with the Xbone, and they still don't.

During the Xbox 360 days I recommended the 360 to anyone that was trying to choose between 360 and PS3. This time around I don't recommend anyone to buy a PS4, but I do recommend they DON'T buy a Xbox One.

I think theyve already said stats will go between the two games and XBL will be the same with the Xbone also, I think. Dunno for sure. I know for sure the stats will go from the 360 to the Xbone with CoD Ghosts.

Don't see it happening. They want you to jump onto 8th gen with Xbone and not go back and stay on 7th generation Xbox 360. The family share thing is an enticement/incentive to get you to buy an Xbone. Its all about the moolah, shares and profit with corporations.
