Shared files from Xboxone

Discus and support Shared files from Xboxone in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; ive shared some files from my videos and pictures (xboxone console) to One-drive ,but i cannot see them on my One-drive account,can someone please help...     ive shared some files from my videos and pictures (xboxone console) to One-drive ,but i cannot see them on my One-drive account,can someone please help

    You may have to wait a bit for One-Drive to fully sync up. I'm assuming your trying to view on PC?

    Once you start an upload from your console to OneDrive, the videos and pictures to be uploaded are added to a queue and uploaded in the background. After a while they should be visible in OneDrive.

    Game clips will be available in Videos folder and then in a folder named Xbox Game DVR. Screenshots will be under folder named Xbox Screenshots inside Pictures folder. You can obviously try to search the term "xbox" in your onedrive.

    Hi there, I find that OneDrive can take quite sometime to update and show them. Have they still not shown up yet? Maybe try logging out of your Onedrive and back in again to see if that refreshes it and shows them. Also check you aren't uploading to
    a different account than the one you are checking.

    you can find it in onedrive under: images(pictures) and then xbox screenshots and videos under videos and then xbox game dvr.
