Shared account suspended

Hello,

I have my xbox in the living room of our house that is open for everyone to play on that visits. I am in the Navy so everyone that comes over is trusted to get on the xbox and not mess anything up, although that doesn't seem to be the case as one of the
accounts was suspended from multiplayer games and communications for reasons I don't know about and was unaware until today. I got home to play xbox on my account named "" and found out an account that is named "We Animated" is suspended which
is also messing up other accounts on the xbox. No one is able to play because of it and the xbox is used almost daily by a lot of people. I would like to see if the suspension can be lifted and the account will be secured with a passkey until everyone that
plays can be trusted not to break the rules and conditions for Microsoft. Thank you very much beforehand.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

The owner of the suspended account will have to visit
http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review (if eligible).

Xbox Support and the support forums cannot assist with matters related to suspension, as the Xbox Enforcement team does not post here.

 

FYI, it is a violation of the Code of Conduct to share accounts.

"Don’t engage in fraud or unauthorized transactions. For example, don’t:

• Lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide third parties access to your accounts or Gamertags
• Access or attempt to access accounts that you do not own"
