Share Photos on Forza Horizon 3

Hi,

I'm having trouble sharing photos from FH3 with my Xbox Live friends. I keep getting a message "This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live Parental Control Settings".

I've gone through all the settings a number of times and have even checked them with online chat support, but it still isn't working. I can share screenshots (I've just tested it), but I can't share photos from within the game. I've set the 'Decide to allow
or block game clip and screen shot uploads to Xbox Live'

I'm about to ask a dumb question, so forgive me in advance... I see a message that due to the heavy traffic thanks to COVID 19, some sharing of custom pics is disabled... this is the message:

As people look to gaming for social connection, we’re seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for our community, we’re
making small adjustments. We've temporarily turned off the ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds.

... does that include photos that are part of the game?

Tried a power cycle and no good I'm afraid.

Not a dumb question at all!

If the power cycling option doesn't work, then it may just be the Xbox Live servers. The message on Xbox support only refers to gamerpics, but with the huge increase of players on Xbox Live right now, it's slowing some other features down. I would be patient
and try again in a day or two and see if that works. They are working on meeting the increased demand as quickly as possible.

have you tried power cycling the console since changing the settings?

I notice that when I'm in the game and look at the photo, there is some info regarding the pic that I feel may have something to do with it. It has the usual Date/ Time stamp, but there is also a heading called Privacy and under it is the word 'Private'.

I'm assuming that's the issue, now all I need to do is figure out how to change the privacy status of the photo!
