Shape up coach subscription not recognised

I purchased first the free trial (1 month), and after this was not recognised, I bought the 3 month subscription (29€). Payment was sent with paypal and i got an order confirmation from microsoft.

The games still says that there is no subscription for the coach....

when you pay a subscription card passed validation checksum written off but the subscription has not taken shape

Hi

Can you please try a full console restart to see if you Gold subscription is then recognised by your console. If this did not work I would next suggest you try removing your account from the console and re load your account hopefully your subscription will
then be recognised by your cone.

If carrying out the two suggestions above did not work can you please click on
this link here you should be able to confirm your current account subscriptions including the expiry date of your gold subscription.

It's funny that you bring this topic up for I watched the E3 demo last night and had lots of questions about the Geth afterwards. There's a part where Shepard is down on the surface of some planet trying to nuke a Reaper that's coming out of an underground
silo, Shepard makes reference to a "Geth Shield" that's blocking the exit of the silo while Legion is coaching him from The Normandy, this combined with the "Nature" video posted here and the big decision on whether to rewrite The Heretics or not is shaping
up to be one of my most anticipated storylines of the finale...

Yes, coaching mode is just like regular madden football. Player mode is just like superstar mode.

I've just read up on this and it says it's a subscription based service? So you don't purchase it like Your Shape? Is it already on all XB1's then and you just need to pay for the routines or something like that?

it may be a temporary problem, does your xbox recognise that you have a subscription?
