    Hi,

    My Xbox one was send to your repair center and have been send to me this week.

    I have received today....

    Wen I open my package checked that the Xbox that i have send it to you new one have arrived all messed up.

    The corner is broken, all scratched up...

    This is unbelievable. One of the biggest company's in the world like Microsoft have damage my new Xbox...

    Shame on you guy's! Your technicians formation is unbelievable! I can open the Xbox without doing that kind or damage.

    My work was repair laptop computer's and if I do that kind of work I will lose my job!

    no

    the ONLY repair center authorized is the ms xbox repair center which can only be reached by sending the console in for repair

    no other shops are authorized

    you fill out an xbox repair order online at xbox.com or call your support in your region

    Do not send Xbox to Microsoft for repairs

    Just for reference, if anyone else breaks the seal on your Xbox then your Xbox can never be repaired by Microsoft ever again. They are the only authorized repair center.

    Once that tamper seal has been removed, the repair center won't touch your xbox.

    So you had a problem with your X1's optical drive, sent it in for repair, while it was out for repair you bought another X1. When your original X1 FINALLY returned from the xbox repair center you sold the newest X1 and thought. "Cool, MS repaired my xbox."
    only to have to keep sending it back for the same repair over and over again? Is that correct?

    If so, then at least in N, America, you aren't alone. For xbox's repair centers, as well as Sony's I will add. Are a joke! Made even worse by the invalid Xbox live code consolation prize they sent... So... Double whammy!

    Things aren't much different over at Sony, so don't get your hopes up too high. For bad business practices and shames of in warranty repairs seems to be the norm these days by BOTH companies.

    I agree Mastrius9087. To pay all that money for a product that takes less time to quit working than it takes to eat a burger is shameful on Microsofts part. Why do they have the repair center across the border. Cheap labor? Smt

    you would think that, there is some repairs done in Ireland and my company also does warranty and insurance repairs on them, validated by microsoft too.

    No, there isn't one near Nuneaton. The closest is Germany. You would have to set up a repair order.
