It was my plan to make all things equal, anyone can go pedal down through town with out traffic, but with traffic and the route chosen no one vehicle will have an advantage. And it will take a very skilled driver to make it through clean.

Skill Level Fluctuations

So, I think when you become an officer it resets your skill level. I'm just wondering based upon which stats do they derive your skill level. Sometimes it jumps up when I've had pretty awful games, and then like today when I won every game and had a 1.5
kd my skill level went down like 100 points.

Anyone care to fill me in? Thanks.

I received an e-mail and in the e-mail it states:

The problem is, there's no website to go to. Any help would be appreciated.

Im only day into the Online stuff, just completed story mode.

 

I would say the online is great, its just the money that's hard to keep. sometimes I find myself needing to buy more ammo than a mission is worth, so you gotta learn to budget

 

I still had points left over n got a $500,000 shark card to make it easier, though my low rank doesn't let me buy allot either.

Might be why the starting point is across the street at the Lucky 7, from my garage at the cab co [ have two more maps ideas, from playing the story mode though.]

 

I would NEVER buy money for a game, they gave us all 500 thousand after the mod crap and I forgot how to budget. I have done so many missions that I learned to like them, you can do some missions with me too if youd like. the hire the level is on a mission,
the more money you will get, I am a level 110 right now

Did ya know you can do your own races, or other races, alone, still come in first and still get a big pay out? IVe earned 100k in past 2 days just racing, half of them alone. [ as no one will let you finish a mission ] I just keep doing job and never leaving
my apartment.
