Shady Business Practice Microsoft

You removed Sea of Thieves from game pass before 14 days were even up, even before the end of the month. There was no notice before doing so, and no warning.

This is disgusting.

How many of you bought the season pass?

MS has ALWAYS had shady business practices. why else would they continually keep getting sued?

Well thanks you 2 for the suggestions. I finally managed to turn off auto renewal. I remember setting it to "off" last year. So it should of never automatically charge me. I don't know why we can't just change this setting from our consoles. Since we
enter our credit/paypal info from the console anyways. I don't have a problem paying for live but having it set to "auto renewal" by default is pretty dirty. I want to be in control of when I renew.

 

Are you sure it was taken off of GP access? I can't open it either. That would be pretty damn weak if it was removed already. I'll probably cancel my GP subscription is this is the case.

 

The reason why I have been paying for Game Pass is because Microsoft made it seem that I was going to be able to play sea of Thieves State of Decay 2 and the new Crackdown for a long period of time not just a week but maybe it's a glitch we'll see what happens
but if I don't get to see if these back you can bet I'm going to cancel it

it was weird that they took it off game pass exactly at sot peak time and exactly 7 day's after release i have been told they have intentionaly removed it from gamepass to allow players that purchased sot a 24 hour period of smooth game play after a week
of constant issues. We shall see if its down for more than 24 hours if this is the case we should all cancel our game pass subscription in a player demonstation see what MS share holders will like losing 10's of millions per month

This was a known issue that the Sea of Thieves team was working on but

wierd, i have been playing sea of thieves since launch from gamepass and have never had an issue getting in game or any other server related problems, besides when they launched sea of thieves the link was missing in gamepass section at first which most
likely caused the licence issue as when they fixed the issue a few hours later it appeared in the gamepass menu.
