Shadows of War expansion game pass not working. Brand new ugh opened game.

What happens when you try to launch the game or GamePass? Do you get any error codes or messages?

The Pre-Order codes for Shadow of Mordor for the trials of war, and Dark Ranger skin not working, and saying the codes are invalid when I just gotten the game brand new. So if there is a way to fix this please help it's been two days now the codes still
not working.

Yep, I tried to play Shadow of War and it didn't work. I then tried to run minecraft which I purchased on pc and did not get through game pass and that worked fine. I also tried Master Chief Collection which I did get through Game Pass and that one loaded
fine. This might be tied to Shadow of War and the other game. Hopefully they fix it soon cause I was enjoying that game.

Same problem when starting up Shadow of War. Other games work fine though. This started for me around 1pm today. Shadow of War was working fine this morning.
