    Hello, so, it seems I am shadowmuted on Minecraft Bedrock edition. No, I am not muted in that server what so ever, and this has been happening for the past year and a half, to two years. My enforcement history is clean and I have a perfect record, according to the enforcement website with full player, rep.

    I have gotten no EMail stating, that I have been punished in any way. Why is this happening? What can I do to fix this? It is absolutely nonsense that I cannot talk to fellow users within verified servers, that I am *not* muted in. Not only that, in addition to this, I cannot submit a appeal case since my record is perfect.
