Shadowkeep add-on (Destiny 2) not working

    Shadowkeep add-on (Destiny 2) not working


    I simply cannot install nor play Shadowkeep at all after the next gen update to Destiny 2. My friend that owns game pass, forsaken and shadowkeep shares account with me.

    I could play all 3 expansions just fine before the update. Now I can only play Forsaken and Beyond Light.

    I tried reinstalling Shadowkeep many times but it doesn't work. When I finish installing it and go back to the store it says I can install it again, as if I never did it in the first place. I tried reinstalling it with my friend's account as well but it's
    the same result.

    And I know I'm not the only one that has this issue.

    that would explain it, you need destiny 2 base game installed for shadowkeep to work.

    I bought a game from the store and I can't download it on my xbox

    Did you tried to access Destiny 2: Shadowkeep directly in the Store in the console. See if shows the option to install. The other option is to access Destiny 2 game and see if you can access the Shadowkeep content.
