    Shadow-Outfit-Pack unavailable cause release in 2018 ?!


    I redeemed a pre-order code for the Sonic Forces Shadow-Outfit-Pack. But you can't download it right now, because the release date in the store is stated as: Saturday, June 23, 2018, 6:00:00 AM !

    This is definitely not correct! The content should be released with the game on November 7. And it's also already available on all other Systems (PC, PS4. Switch)

    please correct this, so we can download the pack.

    I am missing my Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code. I purchased a 3 month Xbox Live subscription code on March 26th 2018 around 3:40pm PST. I have not received my Mercenary Outfit & Item Pack code from that purchase which should have been included with

    Season pass bonus content. Help!

    I have the season pass bonus content installed. But when I go to install the weapons and outfits it says they are unavailable. I was only able to download the 3 melee weapons and one outfit. The rest is unavailable. I downloaded the deluxe edition from the
    Xbox store digitally.

    Season pass problems

    I've been trying to get an answer to that question too. I think that the Season Pass will give access to the additional content when it's made available, right now all I have is the Cyberpunk outfit.

    Once you progress through some more missions, more will unlock, and I think some has yet to be released at all (e.g. TBone and some of the outfits)

    According to Ubisoft...

    The following packs Breakthrough, Exclusive Missions, Palace and Signature Shot the bonus/boost/weapons/perks will not be available until you have completed the mission “A Wrench in the Works “, while the outfits will be available once the content has been
    activated.

    The content from the Blume Agent, Untouchables, DEDSEC Shadow, Club Justice and Cyberpunk will be available upon activation of the code.

    Thank you for pre ordering shadow of the tomb raider. we will send a code for your lara croft avatar outfit shortly after the release of xbox avatars. as a bonus, also a code for free lara bow prop.

    I know the new avatars released a couple weeks ago, so I assume I just have to wait a little longer.
