shadow of war the screen will go blank

The screen will except the circle bottom right and the sound of the game playing in background as i got killed when it was black'. Also the only way to clear it is to unplug the xbox one x

Crashing

Hey im trying to play shadow of war but whenever i try to play act 1 it crashes to the home screen the prologue has no problem is it the game or my system

I remember this issue being an old bug that had been fixed with updates. Have you updated your console? If you are in the beta program this could be an error with the software and you would need to report this bug. If your not in the beta program I suggest clearing the cache which instructions can be found via bing/google.

 

Try to delete the game, restart the console and download the game again.

 

Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until
it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

 

I am trying it now but i have 262 hours on the game and will I have to restart from the beginning. it is not from your downloads it is a DVD that my youngest
daughter gave me for Christmas last year I have play both Shadow of Mordor and am playing Now playing Shadow of War No problem with Mordor I am a 69 year old handicap guy and love playing games alot.

Game Freeze solution wizard to troubleshoot the issue so that you can continue to play normally.

Also it is not a Freeze problem cause a Freeze is all is not working. I Have a partial on the screen the double circle In the right lower corner and I can hear that the game is running in the background. I used to be a Beta Tester for
Sanctuary Wood many years ago before they were bought out

ok I did the Freeze fix and reloaded the game and haven't a freeze problem but now when ever I ride a thing I can't use any of my weapons and cannot get off also help please

 

now it is another problem after the freeze fix and reloading the game and now anytime a ride a car

 

ok I waited later for the whole game was loaded then I check to see if righting and fighting while righting work and it worked. So that problem is found. sorry for the mix up like i said that i worked with sanctuary wood game as a person that would find problems
