Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Just received my copy of Rise of the Tomb Raider and it refuses to load onto my Xbox one

anyone else had this issue it is Xbox X enhanced. Wonder if that's the issue.

Personally I can't wait as Tomb Raider and Rise of were both fantastic.

Same issue here. Downloaded and installed Shadow of the Tomb Raider
yesterday. Game would not start properly, and my xbox froze during the first loading screen. I turned the Xbox on/off. When starting the Xbox 4K chipset video was “lagging”, but the home screen loaded successfully. Tried another game, worked fine. Tried to
start Tomb Raider once more, but again the xbox froze during the same loading screen. This time telling me to clear local game cache. I did, followed by a full system shutdown. Once turned back on the xbox started with the “something went wrong” screen. System
Error: E200. I went thru the troubleshooting guide and restored my console to factory defaults. Once finished, I downloaded the game again. This time I was able to play. I turned the xbox of afterwards.

The next day (today) the Xbox booted straight to the “something went wrong” screen. This Time System Error E105. I tried to factory reset once more, but this time it restarted directly into a new system error:
E102.

I have tried to reset my console to factory defaults using a USB flash drive without any luck. It only boots back into System Error
E105. Offline System Update is not working either, once started, it only reboots back into the “something went wrong”.

The funniest part however, is the message i get when i trying to create a repair order (In warranty)

Sorry to hear about that E105 error.

Those are pretty nasty.

If you were unable to get it to boot up past that after following the steps here
Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates , then you would more than likely need to get that repair set
up, but if it gives an error you had gotten when trying to set that a repair up, then contact us at

So when a game doesn't load up the way it's supposed to, it's always a good rule of thumb to make sure that you give the troubleshooting steps

listed here a try.

If they don't work, you might have to reset your console, but the steps are also in that link.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, E105 is not exactly a spa treatment

I contacted the Norwegian support team, and they were able to make the request on my behalft. The xbox in now on its way to Germany for repair.

 

Mine was a digital copy yes.
