    Shadow of the Tomb Raider download problem


    I know several people have reported this issue, myself included but I am very unhappy with no action from Microsoft. On Friday I first reported that the code didn't work (said to check instructions as may have to redeem on a different site) and spent almost
    2 hours online with support to no avail and was told to wait and keep trying. On Sunday it appeared to accept the code but took hours to download. On Monday it states on my account it is a pre order and I will have to wait until launch on 11/1/2019. It actually
    says it is the xbox x enhanced version although I have xbox oneS and came with the console as a bundle. I have again reported it to support and currently have an "open case" but the issue still seems ongoing. This is the 5th day I have been waiting to play.
    It is not good enough Microsoft. Any ideas as driving me crazy?

    Sorry for the frustration with the game. It is a known issue and we are working on a fix. You did the right thing in contacting support and make a case. Continue to follow up with them as to they will be the ones to handle this. We don't have access to your
    account here, so be best to continue with support.
