Shadow of the Tomb Raider Bundle Code

Hello,

Wondered if anyone may be able to help, I have just purchased a brand new Xbox One S with "Shadow of the Tomb Raider" as a digital download code, the problem is, when i enter the code on my xbox it tells me to add it via the website and when i add it on
the website it tells me to add it on the console.

This is very annoying.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider issue

I recently bought an xbox one x and tomb raider bundle, i used the code today 10/16/18 to download the game and when it was finished for some reason it still says that the game is pre ordered. the release of shadow of the tomb raider was over a month
ago. Not sure why this is happening but any help would be appreciated

Possibly the last in the Lara Croft story.

Personally I can't wait as Tomb Raider and Rise of were both fantastic.

I had the same problem. Today (Oct 14) I could activate the code, but now the store claims that this is a pre-order and I should check the store for the release date. Store says game has been released on Sep 14, 2018!?

What is going on?

 

Same here, says its pre-ordered and I gotta wait…. never had this happen before, any chance it will resolve itself ?

Or did anyone get support to fix it ?

so i had to ring microsoft

the call took around 30 minutes, microsoft could not get the code to work either, they eventually credited my account with enough funds to buy the game

I wish they‘d done that for me, too.

Now, a „Ranger“ is investigating and will get back to me within three days I am told.

Seriously, how hard can this be?

 

I was told Square Enix are writing a patch to fix this!! no mention of a refund for me
