    Do you mind telling me why this obvious bug, getting muted in Minecraft servers (which has been shown to be Microsofts fault) hasn't been addressed? I just sat on hold for an hour, explained how I was directed to you guys by three seperate reliable sources, and got hung up on? That isn't very "supportive" of your support team

    Are you being muted within the game, or in an Xbox party of some sort? And were any of the reliable sources the Minecraft Support team, and if so, did they detail the issue to you?

    How can I get Un-Shadow Muted on Minecraft Bedrock?

    It's not a 1.12 issue, I've been shadow muted for longer than that. There are other people who have been muted for way longer

    Please check your suspension status by following these steps:

    1. Visit enforcement.xbox.com.
    2. Sign in with the account that has received a suspension using the link in the upper right of the home page.
    3. If you have an active suspension or history of enforcement actions, click the box on the left to view more detailed information, including suspended features, start and end dates, and reasoning.
