Shadow Jago no longer selectable (BUG)

    Shadow Jago no longer selectable (BUG)


    So I've been unable to pick Shadow Jago for a couple days now. I know I own him because I bought him over 2 weeks ago and have played a bunch of matches as him. I've tried contacting Microsoft support but they told me to post here.

    I am playing on the Windows 10 version and when I try to select him he is grayed out and it takes me to an infinite loading screen that tries to go to the store.

    Ultra Edition Confusion - Character Access?

    I think I figured it out. again, my asumption was that Shadow Jago was a skin, but it doesn't appear tobe so. What i did was purchased Ultr Edition. then when the game wass earching for content, I was given the option to install
    the original Arcade. Last night, after I'd asked this, I DLed the Round 1 Shadow Jago anyway seeings as I ddi order the Day One XBox Live Gold card. (Nt that i reallly need it, but) So yeah is ee the cvonfusion now, it seems apaprent to me like it's a separate,
    selectable character, or maybe just selectable separately for whatever reason if otherwise, I don't know.

    I really hope that the April 9th Update has

    1. Arcade Mode with a Boss(Shadow Jago) Ken Lobb kinda leaked in back in an August interview and Multiple Endings ( Last Stream)

    2. Fulgore

    3. Fulgore's Stage

    4. Tiger Shadow Lair

    5. I expect Shadow Jago to be the Boss with a few altered moves

    6. Shadow Jago Alternate Costume with Accessories

    7. Thunder's Ultra Edition 4th Accessory Costume

    8. 8 Player Lobbies

    9. Sadria's Alternate Costume with Accessories

    10. Unfortunately a *** ton of bugs

    A Month down the road we will get a partial Bug fix with Fulgore's Alternate Costume with a Tease of Season Two Characters.

    Just wanted to state that I now have Sabrewolf, along with the past copies of Shadow Jago and regular Jago(which is unlocked it seems because I have the Shadow Jago character).

    Someone on YouTube found a glitch for shadow jago boss. Shadow jago freezes in a still position while you are low kicking and can keep doing it until clock runs out. Its called shadow jago glitch on YouTube I think. Double helix *** up.

    Dante shadow jago alway was a playable charcter you just had to beat the arcade doing sertion things and a right amount time you would face shadow jago but unlike the new one on orignial if you died 3 to 5 times shadow jago will not unlock. So where ever
